Yes, we accept returns providing the following are met:

Don't forget to let us know your order number (if purchased online) or receipt number (if purchased at the theatre).
Make sure you package your return appropriately and send via tracked post as we are not accountable for returned goods that are damaged or lost in transit.
If the goods received are faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, you can choose between a refund, replacement (where possible), or exchange. We will cover the cost of return and replacement shipping in the case of faulty goods or packing errors.
